Ille Roif Resort & SPA

I wanted to give my wife, for her birthday, a weekend in this facility with a dedicated spa program. What can I say, a truly beautiful and suitable place to unplug from the city routine. The very nice and particular room with its hydromassage tub set in the floor, even our one year old son enjoyed the bathing experience 😅. The resort is beautiful, there is lots of greenery and everything is well looked after. The common areas such as the restaurant, the basement with the fireplace for the welcome aperitif and the room with the swings for breakfast... very very beautiful, scenic and particular. It's not your usual holiday and it was a wonderful surprise. The spa is very nice and visible let's say but everything is well organized and clean. We were very impressed by this jewel nestled in nature. The price is in line with the experience we had, especially for the extraordinary kindness and helpfulness they had towards our son. Everything really beautiful. We left more than satisfied and will definitely return for a summer experience because the green spaces with the swimming pool certainly deserve an escape from the city routine.

The place itself is nice but absolutely not worth the money they ask for, the room was small and damp with problems of water infiltration in the upper room which dripped into our bathroom, we were without power from late at night until the time of check out (next morning). No discount applied given the great inconveniences experienced and made present. Not recommended at these prices there is really much better, we will not return.

I must say that the place, although isolated and with internet connection difficulties, is really very beautiful. Spectacular cuisine and very kind staff. Having said that, unfortunately I have to note a fact that will never make me return there again: we booked for four nights, the prices are really high so not everyone is willing to spend such a sum, despite this, due to their disorganisation, not being able to to clean the booked room on time due to the mess left by previous guests, they let us into the room very late. So far ok, it can happen. When we had to leave, however, they asked us to leave the room much earlier, hours before check out because the room had to be cleaned well due to a cigarette smoked inside it (there is no ban and in any case it was only a cigarette) . Paid over 1800 euros and if this hadn't happened, I honestly say that I would never have complained about the price. As mentioned before, it is truly a dream place. We consumed the spa and the bar for a fee and this was the treatment. Thanks for the great experience but once I've done it I'll never do it again. Intelligence in knowing how to manage a place counts much more than the place itself
